The Practical Guide sells digital products — printable PDF guides delivered electronically. Because the guides are digital, there is nothing to ship back, and you keep any files you have downloaded. Even so, we stand behind every guide.

If you are not happy with a guide for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Reply to your order confirmation or download email, or contact us at hello@thepracticalguide.co with your order number. We will process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Digital delivery

Your download link is delivered automatically by email immediately after checkout. If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your guide, contact us and we will make sure you get your files.
